Welcome to Classroom Catalyst. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to purchases of digital teaching resources from Classroom Catalyst.
By using this website or purchasing a resource, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Digital products
Classroom Catalyst sells downloadable educational resources, including worksheets, activities, laboratory resources, research tasks, answer sheets and related teaching materials.
Digital products are supplied electronically after successful payment.
Purchases and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Payment must be completed before access to a digital resource is provided.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Licence to use resources
When you purchase a Classroom Catalyst resource, you receive a licence to use that resource for your own teaching or educational purposes.
You may:

print or digitally use the resource with students you personally teach

make reasonable copies for those students

store the resource for your own future classroom use
You may not:

resell or redistribute the resource

upload the resource to public websites, shared resource libraries or file-sharing platforms

share purchased files with other teachers, schools or organisations unless the product licence specifically allows it

remove Classroom Catalyst branding or present the resource as your own work

use the resource to create another product for sale
All intellectual property rights in Classroom Catalyst resources remain with Classroom Catalyst unless otherwise stated.
Product descriptions and previews
We aim to describe each resource accurately and may provide preview images or sample pages to help customers assess whether a resource is suitable before purchase.
Preview images may show selected pages only and do not necessarily display the entire resource.
Refunds and problems
Due to the digital nature of our resources, refunds are not normally offered for change of mind once a resource has been supplied.
If you experience a download problem, accidentally purchase the same resource more than once, or believe a resource is faulty or materially different from its description, please contact support@classroomcatalyst.com.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Website availability
We aim to keep the Classroom Catalyst website and digital delivery systems available and functioning reliably. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
If a technical problem prevents you from accessing a product you have successfully purchased, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide access.
Third-party services
Classroom Catalyst uses third-party providers for services such as website hosting, payment processing, email and digital delivery. Use of those services may also be subject to the providers’ own terms and policies.
Intellectual property
Website content and Classroom Catalyst teaching resources are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchase of a resource does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property rights in that resource.
Acceptable use of the website
You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Changes to products and these terms
Classroom Catalyst may update, change or discontinue website content, products or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
